What happens when two rookie detectives take on a harmless little case, only to land themselves in the middle of a full-blown kidnapping mess in a village that’s anything but normal? That’s the chaos at the heart of Gadbad Gotalo, a JOJO Original Gujarati series that blends comedy, suspense and full-blown madness. Premiering exclusively on the JOJO App from 27th June 2025, the five-episode series promises to keep viewers hooked from the very first frame.

Set in a sleepy village that hides more secrets than it shows, Gadbad Gotalo follows two well-meaning but clueless detectives who think they’ve signed up for an easy job, until things start going hilariously — and dangerously — off-track. As they dive deeper into the mystery, they’re pulled into a bizarre world of eccentric villagers, hidden agendas, and one twist after another. It’s messy, unpredictable, and packed with moments that will leave you laughing, gasping and sometimes even thinking.

Starring Kushal Mistry and Parth Parmar in the lead, with an ensemble cast featuring Jatin Prajapati, Maulik Nayak, Vishal Pithadiya, Jay Wadhwani, Jiyansh Changela, Chetan Chhaya, Michelle Trivedi, Rajal Pujara, Urvi Vyas and Dhruvika Sai, the series captures the madness of small-town India with warmth, wit and wonderful storytelling. Every character adds a unique flavour to this comic thriller, making it both wildly entertaining and strangely relatable. Together, they bring to life a colourful world where every character has something to hide — and something to say.
